STEP 1 Contact NORTEX CONTRACTING for a free hail/wind inspection
Call 888-854-2831 to schedule your FREE inspection and damage assessment.
STEP 2 Contact your insurance company to file a claim
Inform the insurance company of the date of loss.
Inform the company that your property has been examined by a qualified contractor who found hail and/or wind damage.
Ask for a claim number and provide it to your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager.
STEP 3 Your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager and the insurance adjuster will visit your property to identify storm related damage. You will be notified prior to the visit.
Your adjuster will then submit a report to the insurance company.
STEP 4 Follow up with your insurance company
The insurance company will send you a loss summary report detailing the scope of damage and what it is willing to pay to address the damage.
After receiving the report confirm the insurance company has sent you the loss payment.
STEP 5 Project planning
Your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager reviews the loss summary report to ensure the agreed upon scope of damages is complete and accurate.
You select materials and colors.
You and your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager determine a construction date that best suits your schedule.
NORTEX schedules all work to be completed in a timely and professional manner.
STEP 6 Work in progress
NORTEX mails you paperwork explaining the building process.
Materials are delivered to your home; please contact your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager upon delivery.
Your NORTEX CONTRACTING project manager oversees the entire process.
STEP 7 Payment and warranty information
NORTEX CONTRACTING collects payment from you upon completion of work and, as necessary, notifies your insurance company to release any remaining funds.
If necessary, NORTEX coordinates with your mortgage company about checks that require two endorsements.
You are responsible only for your deductible and any, agreed-upon upgrades.
You receive all necessary documentation upon completion of work and receipt of payment in full.
